The presence of the tissue transglutaminase (tTG) IgA antibody is associated with gluten-sensitive enteropathies such as celiac disease and dermatitis herpetiformis.
TTG IgG Reference Range

Antibody results should not be used alone for diagnosis and must be interpreted in light of clinical manifestations and other test results. The tTG IgG assay may aid in the diagnosis of gluten-sensitivity enteropathy (i.e., celiac disease, dermatitis herpetiformis) in tTG IgA negative patients with confirmed IgA deficiency.
Gliadin IgA Deaminated Reference Range

Positive test results for deamidated gliadin IgG antibodies are consistent with a diagnosis of celiac disease. A decrease in the concentrations of deamidated gliadin IgG antibodies may begin after initiation of a gluten-free diet and could indicate a response to therapy.
